The First Tee

of Greater Detroit

To make golf accessible to all youth in metro Detroit, with a focus on underrepresented young people in Detroit. The First Tee of Greater Detroit helps reshape the worldview of underserved youth in Detroit and surrounding areas by teaching life skills and character education through the game of golf. We partner with schools, parents and the community to provide evidence-based curricula for participants to achieve successful outcomes for their future.

Getting started

Who can play?
